Until just four months ago, I was a prostate cancer patient.

Since turning 50, I’ve had annual blood tests, and about 7–8 years ago, my prostate-related markers started rising consistently.

About three years ago, my levels were so high that my doctor recommended a biopsy, but I kept postponing it.

Two years ago, the doctor said my prostate markers were extremely elevated, confirming cancer was likely, but insisted on doing a biopsy first before performing surgery.

Looking around, I noticed that friends who had undergone prostate surgery had all passed away, and those who had biopsies continued to suffer from side effects, such as needing to wear diapers, even though they didn’t have cancer. I kept thinking, “This isn’t right.” I kept finding excuses and delaying.

Since I wasn’t going through with surgery, the doctor kept emphasizing that if the cancer metastasized to my bones, it would be a big problem. He urged me to at least come in every three months for blood tests to monitor the situation, so I continued having blood drawn while enduring the doctor’s usual remarks.

Starting about a year ago, the doctor became more persistent, strongly urging me to consider surgery. At that point, I was contemplating surgery when I learned Dr. Kim was hosting a seminar on managing cancer at a nearby church.

I attended Dr. Kim’s seminar. His methods seemed logical, and especially the claim that cancer could be managed without surgery caught my attention. I decided to give it a try.

Since I had no intention of undergoing surgery, the decision wasn’t too difficult, but I still wondered, “Will this work or not?” Driven by equal parts curiosity and hope, I decided to try his method for a few months.

I completely avoided foods like flour-based dishes and sweet fruits, as instructed, and followed the prescribed regimen. I added AlphaSeal to vegetable smoothies and drank them. For the first month, I consumed a liquid supplement sent to me, taking a spoonful each morning. Every day, I practiced breathing and walking exercises for one to two hours as taught.

Before I knew it, three months had flown by.

I began noticing improvements in less than a month. Swelling subsided, and I lost about 10 pounds. Friends commented on how much brighter and healthier my skin looked.

Of course, urination issues disappeared entirely. I felt my body recovering to a point where I couldn’t even recall the last time I felt this healthy.

Still, I thought I should confirm this with a hospital check-up, so I made an appointment and went in for a blood test.

A week later, at my follow-up appointment, the nurse tilted her head, saying the results seemed odd and suggested retesting. When I asked why, she explained that my blood test results were too normal, which shouldn’t be possible—something must be wrong.

After retesting, I returned to the hospital a week later. The doctor also seemed puzzled and explained that the results were unbelievably normal. When I asked when I should come back for another test, he casually replied, without even looking at me, “Come in six months or a year, whenever you like.”

It turns out I’m no longer considered a cancer patient.

Naturally, I have no issues with my prostate anymore.

Of course, given my age, I know I can’t let my guard down, so I’ve continued to incorporate cancer management methods into my daily life.

Now, I live without any worries about cancer.
